We are in our second annual Bolivia Open 2024 with world class talent and competition at all skill levels that will occur on September 4-8th, at Stratton Woods Park in Herndon, Virginia. This tournament will offer an extraordinary journey where Bolivian culture and the exhilarating sports of outdoor Racquetball, Paddleball, and Handball intertwine. Participants can immerse themselves in the captivating tapestry of Bolivian traditions and experience the vibrant pulse of this remarkable country while playing and competing to be the best of the best. Players who excel will earn either win cash prize, or Bolivia Open 2024 trophy (TBA).

REGISTRATION FEES

We want to make it affordable for all who want to participate. Below are the fees, which can be pre-paid in advanced via PayPal, Zelle or cash in person during check-in (Sept 6th, 4pm).

RACQUETBALL & PADDLEBALL FEES

  • 1st Event - $40
  • 2nd Event - $30
  • 3rd Event- $20
  • 4th Event - $10

ADDITIONAL FEES (RACQUETBALL ONLY)

• If you have already paid your indoor USAR or outdoor WOR fee, you don’t have to pay any additional fees

  • USAR Fee - $68.50/annually
  • WOR Fee - $18.50/annually

• These fees only apply if playing in any Racquetball event. The fees go directly to USA Racquetball to have a 1 year membership.

• If you are a new registree, you will have the option to pay either USAR Fee or WOR fee. If you pay WOR fee, you will have membership to play any other outdoor Tournaments for a year, but if you pay USAR fee, you will be able to play any indoor and outdoor tournament for a year.

WHAT DO
PLAYERS GET?

T-SHIRT

• All players will get a t-shirt based on their registered size. Please make sure to notify director if size changed.

CUSTOM MEDALS

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Racquetball and Handball players will receive gold, silver, and bronze medals.

FOOD/DRINKS

• This is a non-alcoholic sporting event. There will be plenty of food, sodas, and athletic drinks. We will have various traditional Bolivian foods throughout the weekend.

APPS/BITES

We will have various apps/bites throughout the weekend: empanadas, saltenas, alfofores, etc.

SURPRISE ARTS/CRAFTS & CULTURE

• Presentation showcase on Frida Sept 6th, from 745/8pm to 9pm.

PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS

• We will have many pros coming from Bolivia including Kadim, Carlos, Koko, Jonathan, Natalia, Angelica, and more.
